This type of physiotherapy targets specific injuries occurring after an event like sport or an activity of some kind. These injuries are what we call ‘acute’ which means a sudden or rapid onset. Think about injuries like ACL tears, hamstring, groin and calf strains, ankle rolls and fractures.

This type of physio also pertains to ‘overuse’ injuries. These can be bony related e.g. stress fractures, tendon related e.g. patellar or rotator cuff injuries, or other conditions like plantar fasciitis, stress fractures and shin splints.

Our physiotherapists are obsessed with sport and absolutely love treating these injuries. We use hands on treatment to release tension knots and prescribe exercises for your specific problem. We offer the most evidence based, up-to-date treatment protocols for sporting injuries. We back it up with years of clinic experience and want you back into what you’re doing safely and ASAP.

"Jack takes the time to explain every step of the treatment in a way that it’s easy to understand"

I’ve had an incredible experience with Jack. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled but he also takes the time to explain every step of the treatment in a way that it’s easy to understand. Jack’s hands on approach and customise exercises have made a huge difference in my recovery and he’s always attentive to my progress and feedback thanks to Jack. I’ve been able to get back to my normal routine much faster than expected. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great physiotherapist.
