Meet Jack Keegan
Director & Head APA Physiotherapist
Jack is our founder and principal physiotherapist. He is passionate about helping people get back on track to what they love doing. He kicked off his journey in 2013 with a Bachelor of Exercise Science at Wollongong, diving into movement mechanics and how the body works.
He then progressed his skills with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of Sydney in 2016. With more than eight years of experience in a busy clinic, he continues to build a great reputation in Wollongong and the Greater Illawarra area.
He specialises in home physiotherapy-using hands on manual therapy, cogntiive movement therapy and reducing pain and treating vertigo with exercise rehabilitation.
