Mobile physiotherapy for home visits
Welcome to Physio2Go. I specialise in home-based physiotherapy and rehabilitation covering the Wollongong and Illawarra area. I personally have experienced injuries and have had those same feelings of frustration, feeling stuck in a body that won’t cooperate and missing normal routines and parts of life because of injury.
Understanding this has motivated me to be of service to people experiencing pain and injury. I want to share this skillset and knowledge to help people improve their lives. This genuinely energises me to be a catalyst to changing lives for good.
Lets get started.
Jack Keegan. Owner and Head Physiotherapist
Successful treatment of complex conditions is our ballgame, from managing vertigo and preventing injuries to easing pain and guiding post-surgery recovery.
Tailored treatment plans customised to your unique goals, combining the best practices to ensure lasting results.
Your comfort and satisfaction matter. Work and attention are put in to make every visit as positive and stress-free as possible.
Does any of this sound familiar?
- I’ve been to the doctor, and they just said rest and take painkillers.
- I am scared to make it worse.
- I tried Doctor Google and am more confused now.
- Will I need to see a surgeon?
- I'm worried about how much is this going to affect my life.
- I ask myself "is this my new normal?"
If you’ve had any of these thoughts and questions, you’re not alone. It’s a normal reaction to an injury. We have had injuries. We understand. People just like you see us every day. We may be able to help. Make an appointment for an assessment.
Why choose me?
I take a uniquely specialist approach to helping individuals tackle painful problems with care and expertise. I love the work and truly care about the people I help. Your time is important, and I work around your schedule with flexible appointment times. The treatment is a mixture of hands-therapy, advice and an actionable plan (not just sending you home with a list of exercises).
Time is used to listen, understand what’s going on, and guide you through your options so you can choose the best path forward. I value the impact I have with my clients and always want good outcomes for you.

I’ve had an incredible experience with Jack. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and skilled but he also takes the time to explain every step of the treatment in a way that it’s easy to understand. Jack’s hands on approach and customise exercises have made a huge difference in my recovery and he’s always attentive to my progress and feedback thanks to Jack. I’ve been able to get back to my normal routine much faster than expected. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a great physiotherapist.
