Jack Keegan, Owner and Head Physiotherapist

Successful treatment of complex conditions is our ballgame, from managing vertigo and preventing injuries to easing pain and guiding post-surgery recovery.

Tailored treatment plans customised to your unique goals, combining the best practices to ensure lasting results.

Your comfort and satisfaction matter. Work and attention are put in to make every visit as positive and stress-free as possible.

Does any of this sound familiar?

  • I’ve been to the doctor, and they just said rest and take painkillers.
  • I am scared to make it worse.
  • I tried Doctor Google and am more confused now.
  • Will I need to see a surgeon?
  • I'm worried about how much is this going to affect my life.
  • I ask myself "is this my new normal?"

If you’ve had any of these thoughts and questions, you’re not alone. It’s a normal reaction to an injury. We have had injuries. We understand. People just like you see us every day. We may be able to help. Make an appointment for an assessment.

Why choose me?

I take a uniquely specialist approach to helping individuals tackle painful problems with care and expertise. I love the work and truly care about the people I help. Your time is important, and I work around your schedule with flexible appointment times. The treatment is a mixture of hands-therapy, advice and an actionable plan (not just sending you home with a list of exercises).

Time is used to listen, understand what’s going on, and guide you through your options so you can choose the best path to feeling your best. I value the impact I have with my clients and always want good outcomes for you. I also enjoy following up to make sure you’ve recovered 110%.

What we treat

Our treatment methodology

1.

Improve mobility, get rid of the pain

We use hands on techniques and gentle mobility exercises to increase movement. This relaxes tension, improves natural joint range and reduces pain receptor firing.

2.

Increase flexibility

Once the joint moves well we target the muscle’s ability to stretch. We use massage, manual therapy and exercise to make the muscle pliable which helps your muscles relax and move effectively.

3.

Strengthen you up

Strength is the final step. This is the glue that prevents injury. We give specific movements and exercise to guide you to a pain free way of life.

Services

FAQs

In many cases, you can directly access physiotherapy without a doctor’s referral. However, some insurance plans or specific conditions might require a referral, so it’s best to check beforehand.

We treat a wide range of conditions such as sports injuries, joint pain, back pain, post-operative rehabilitation, neurological conditions, and more.

Improvement timelines vary depending on the condition, individual factors, and adherence to the treatment plan. Consistency and following your therapist’s advice can expedite progress.
