With Flowin you are training with the body as the workload, making use of a carefully tested friction between pads and plate. In one single exercise a number muscle groups are activating, a criterion for functional strength training. The consumer plate for private use only. Foldable and shipped with a travel carry bag including five pads (knee, hand, and foot), a manual on training exercises as well as a complete dvd with three different training programs. FLOWIN Sport should only be used on even, horizontal surfaces. Preferably hard floors.
